Matt McCarty Construction

Matt earned his contractor’s license in 1977, where he built spec. homes  and started contracting as a framer, building 2,000-6,000 sq. ft. homes.  The ‘80’s were a decade involving remodels, custom homes and land development.  Since that time, contracts have included many major companies, such as Taco Bell, Subway, Strings, Little Caesars Pizza, along with high-end homes ranging from 4,000 to 10,000 sq. ft.  Construction of local businesses, to name a few include: Amorosa Inn, Vino Con Brio Wine tasting facility and event center, and F & M Banks throughout the San Joaquin and Sacramento counties, Subway Sandwich Shop, and Strings Restaurant.  In 2007 Matt started “Solar Options” a division of Matt McCarty Construction.
